Join Tashi Dawa for this 3hr workshop on Sunday July 7th, 11am - 2pm
All levels, everyone is welcome, spaces are limited to 12, book in the link below.
We will start with an invigorating yoga practice then Tashi will guide her embodied meditation series to restore your vital energy. She has been sharing this series on her retreats around the world for over 10 years. We will close the afternoon with mantra chanting and a guided relaxation called yoga nidra.
You will receive Tashi Dawa’s book ‘Move, Breathe, Focus’ as a download and audio recordings of the practices after the workshop to continue your practice at home.
