It's time to embark on that journey NOW. I am devoted to creating space for rapid transformation in the classes & events I facilitate. I have developed Coga as a journey deep in to the self, using a physical practice to ground & move the body. What does this actually look like? Gently guided by me as your instructor, you'll explore each posture with curiosity in a safe, playful space.
Coga is the space you walk in to and leave all the preconceived ideas you have of yourself behind, to find the most authentic version of you.
Who is Coga for?
